Many people have some initial concerns about cats and pet strollers. They wonder if their cat will claw through, or chew through the mesh of the pet stroller.
We went to Just Pet Strollers for the answer to this question. They have sold thousands of pet strollers and have never received feedback of any animal, whether dog or cat clawing or chewing through the mesh.
The mesh holes are really small and it is difficult to see a dog chewing through the mesh. The exception is the kitty walk pet stroller. The holes in the mesh are larger, but made of very strong material making it difficult, if not impossible for them to claw through.
